Dogwoods bloom in Yosemite ValleyWith the large amount of snow in the Sierra, Yosemite Valley has turned lush again and that means the Dogwoods are back and boy are they back. They are blooming throughout Yosemite and that includes the Valley floor. It's a great time to make a trip but be aware there is still a lot of work going on in the park. The roads have a number of detours and the main parking lot is still under construction. Spring crowds are showing up and there may be long waits at the gates.
