Along the tranquil shore of Lake Tenaya, deep in the evergreen forest of Yosemite National Park we spied eternity gazing back at us through the mirror of the lake. The vast stretch of lovely light that is our own Milky Way galaxy illuminated sky laced with faint smoke from distant fires. To look into the night sky is to look back in time and for a few moments ponder the wonders that of our universe. To gaze back down upon the lake and surrounding forest to realize this is indeed one of those wonders. A brief moment in time that is wondrous beyond any description.
