As the Merced slows down the colors of Fall begin to reflect in the glass like surface of the Merced. Autumn arrives and the crowds give way as the waterfalls dwindle and things in the park take on the more natural pace of Mother Nature. We love to go and just spend the day sitting by the river watching the deer as they enter the rut.
