Another fire near Bass Lake is burning. It turned the otherwise clear skies absolutely nuclear at sunset. The fire season is well under way with much of the season still ahead. Fire fighters were quick to respond with ground crews, planes and helicopters but the flames were defiant till sunset. Even now from our home there is a glow that looks something like a rising sun.
