Clouds mixed with smoke over Half Dome as the fires raged in the canyon below. The full moon above illuminated the clouds from above making for perfect photography opportunities. The shocking site of the forest going up in flames is stunningly beautiful and horrific at the same time. Natures disasters are often incredibly beautiful while hauntingly terrifying.
