This may be the best sunset I have ever seen on Bass Lake. It was a warm summer day and we had some monsoon clouds coming in from the south. It was a last minute decision to head up to the lake. At first I didn’t know if we were going to get any good light as there were many clouds to the West. But then it began to light up as I made my way down to the shoreline. Then the color just exploded. The color was intense, possibly from a nearby fire and the lake just lit up reflecting the sky. It doesn’t get much better than this.
