A cargo ship passes under the Golden Gate Bridge at Light Speed. The lights on the cargo ship created long streaks of light as it passed under the Golden Gate Bridge during a long exposure. When I took this shot I never actually thought I'd use it but when I reviewed my shots back home I really liked that the distant bright lights gave illusion that the leading edge of the ship was a crisp line while the rest to blur during the 25 second exposure. It looks as if bridge is sitting on the deck of the ship. The results reminded me of the CG effect used in movies such as Star Trek and Star Wars to give the impression of a ship going to warp speed. The starlight helps to enhance the effect. The bright lights to the right of the bridge are Sutro Tower, San Francisco's TV and Radio tower.
