Spectacular light illuminates rocks with fantastic color during low tide at Waddell Beach. Waddell Beach is part of the Big Basin Redwoods State Park and just about 20 miles or so north of Santa Cruz. The unusual rock formations are typically underwater but during this very low tide and extremely high surf the rocks made for nice reflections as a massive wave began breaking on the horizon
