The spectacular fireworks show, held in honor of the Golden Gate Bridge's 75th anniversary, was dramatically enhanced by a spectacular light show composed of multi-colored lights. At one point, all the lights on the barge turned blue and one by one, they were turned skyward creating a brilliant pillar of blue light as fireworks continued to explode above the bridge. It pierced the night sky like a laser beam, a truly spectacular site that dazzled and wowed the crowd for a half hour. The artistry and choreography coupled with music from and about San Francisco made the event especially moving.
