Getting a good image sometimes takes getting up long before anyone else. I didn't quite make it this morning and a couple of fishermen in their boats made it to the other side of Convict Lake. You can see the lights from their lanterns reflected on the lake. This was just as the sun was starting to make the skies in the opposite direction glow but to the west the stars still illuminated the sky. The long exposure, the light form the sun and even the lanterns on the boats helped to illuminate this long exposure.
