Early morning at Mono Lake more often than not proves to be a prime location for sunrises. The shore is often lined with photographers each hoping for the perfect sunrise and the lake did not disappoint. Just before the sunrise, the sky began to glow with scorching hues of red, orange and yellow which illuminates the unworldly tufas and reflects on the mirrored smoothness of the morning lake.
