Mt. Whitney, Alabama Hills and spring in the desert.
The clouds had not yet built over the mountains and Mt. Whitney (tallest in the lower 48 states) is clearly visible in the brilliant blue sky. The burnt orange colored Alabama hills and the bright purple sage in full bloom added stunning color to this shot making it one of my personal favorites.
