Firefighters Technique
Here the firefighters use a different technique to spray the water over a vast area. As it falls it mixes with the smoke making for dramatic clouds of mist and smoke. The sudden loss of weight from the water seemed to propel the helicopters skyward before they would swoop back down on the lake to refill.
