Not expecting much of a sunset we stuck it out and were rewarded for our efforts. The sun slip beneath the clouds and just lit the clouds up in a beautiful soft cotton candy pink. Everything just glowed along the shoreline of Bass Lake which lies in the Sierra Nevada Mountains just south of Yosemite National Park. The sunsets at Bass Lake never cease to amaze me and is just one of the nice things about living in a small resort town. I have seen many great sunsets but none quite so... well Pink!
