A small safety fence makes for a frame of the wild flowers growing along the cliff at Lovers Point on Monterey Peninsula. The trail meanders along the seaside from Lovers Point to Pinos Point and beyond. It's a down and back but it's an easy walk with plenty of benches and on most days a cool breeze makes it even the more pleasant. It's no wonder they call this lovers point as the view is stunning and there are a number of Bed and Breakfast Inns along the walk. The coast is perfectly aligned to get stunning sunrises, sunsets and especially romantic full moonrise over Monterey Bay.
